Ingredients

Peppers cut into pieces
1 clove of garlic for each jar
Cider Vinegar
Dash of hot pickling pepper for each jar


Wash peppers and cut into pieces


Put 1 clove of garlic into bottom of each jar


Pack peppers into jars


Boil Cider Vinegar or 3 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar


Pour boiling liquid over the peppers in the jar


add dash of hot pickling pepper


seal jar


ready to eat in one week
