MARY'S PICKLED PEPPERS

Ingredients

  • Peppers cut into pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic for each jar
  • Cider Vinegar
  • Dash of hot pickling pepper for each jar

Directions

  • Wash peppers and cut into pieces
  • Put 1 clove of garlic into bottom of each jar
  • Pack peppers into jars
  • Boil Cider Vinegar or 3 cups of water with 1 cup of sugar
  • Pour boiling liquid over the peppers in the jar
  • add dash of hot pickling pepper
  • seal jar
  • ready to eat in one week
