Masala Prawns

INGREDIENTS

  • 1kg prawns - deshell and removed veins
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • Ingredients A
  • 2 heaped tsp ginger (grind to paste)
  • 8 cloves garlic (grind to paste)
  • 4 onion - cut to small cubes
  • 4 tomatoes - cut to small cubes
  • 8 black cardamons
  • 8 cloves
  • 2 stick cinnamon (3 cm)
  • 2 bay leaf
  • Ingredients B
  • 2 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp yohurt
  • coriander leaves to garnish

DIRECTIONS

Heat oil and fry ingredient A.


When onions are brown and soft, add prawns, spice powder, salt and yoghurt.


When prawns turned pink, remove and serve with garnish.
