- 2 tbsp ground cardamom
- 2 tbsp ground cloves
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp powdered ginger
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
mix all ingredients. You store in a lidded glass jar with your other spices, makes 1/4 cup
