- Overripe bananas
- Mash those bananas, but good. Until's as smooth as you want to make it -- for very young babies, you're going to want it very smooth of course, but older toddlers might want it chunky.
- Add suger, to taste. There's no exact measurement for this, but don't over do it.
- Squeeze some lemon juice.
- Mix it all around. Try it out on yourself, first. If you like it, your kid will probably like it.
NotesMy mom used to make this for me all the time when I was just a wee little thing living in South America. It's good for babies, but it's also good for older toddler kids, as well. And super easy to make.
