5 lbs potatoes
6 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
1 tsp Salt
2 tsp Onion Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
2 tb. Butter.
Cook potatoes in a small amount of boiling salted water.
Put potatoes in mixer bowl and mash.
Add rest of ingredients to potates and mix together on high speed.
Put in casserole. Dot with butter.
Bake uncovered 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
