MAYONNAISE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 2 C. Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 6 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 C. Cold water
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 C. Mayo

Directions

  • Sift Dry ingredients.
  • Add water, vamilla and mayo
  • Bake @ 350 about 30 min in Bundt pan.
  • When cool take out of pan and dust with confectioner's sugar. Enjoy

Notes

This makes the moistest cake I have ever tasted. By using mayo you eliminate eggs & butter. Super easy and you don't even need frosting.
