I saw this receipe on tv and tried it with a few additions. My family loved it. It is a great meal.


  • 4 C. Flour
  • 3 T. Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp. Baking Powder
  • Pinch of Black Pepper
  • 1 C. Water
  • 2 Eggs separated 1 egg and white into water, other egg for later.
  • Parmasan Cheese
  • 2 lbs. Mozarella Cheese
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • 2 1/2 lbs. Ham
  • 1 Stick of Pepperoni
  • 1 lb. Sausage
  • 1 Egg Yolk


  • First set of ingredients:
  • Mix flour and oil until it beads up, then add b. powder and pepper. Then add 1 egg and water to flour mixture. Separate in half and then roll out very thin.
  • Cook ham and oregano. Save the juice. Pour some juice on dough and pat on each half of the dough. Then take half of the ham, mozzarella, pepperoni and sausage and place on one half of the dough and the other half on the other half of the dough. Roll up and bake at 250-275 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Punch holes in dough at top before baking. Use leftover egg to baste on dough while cooking.
