Ingredients

Handful of spinach
20-25 leaves of cilantro
2" piece of cucumber
3 chunks of frozen mango
Dash of cinnamon
1 tspn flax seed
1 scoop protein powder
Fill with coconut water (6-8 oz)


Place items in your high speed blender


Blend about 45 seconds


Pour & enjoy
