Ingredients

  • Cold roast beef, cut into cubes
  • Soup mix or bouillon cubes
  • Kasha
  • Onions, celery, and/or green peper

Directions

  • Cut cold roast beef into cubes.
  • If necessary, add hot water to cubes.
  • Add soup mix or bouillon cubes.
  • Boil.
  • Add kasha.
  • Add onions or celery or green pepper.
  • Cook until thick (about 15 minutes).
