Meat Lover's Pizza Casserole
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
15 oz. can pizza sauce
8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
3 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni, quartered
1/2 t. salt
In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium high heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Transfer to a greased 2-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees, for 40 to 45 minutes or until heated through.
