MEATY QUESO
Meaty Queso
This cheese dip is one of my husband's specialties. It is easy to make and is great for parties!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 block Velveeta cheese
- 1 16 oz.jar of salsa
- 1/2 lb. ground meat
- hot sauce, salt, and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1.Brown the meat in a skillet
2.Melt the cheese in a pot on stove
3.When cheese is fully melted, add the salsa and stir
4.Continue stirring so cheese doesn't burn
5.Gradually add the meat to cheese/salsa mixture
6. Stir in hot sauce, salt and pepper for flavor
Serve in a serving dish/bowl with tortilla chips
