Meka's Marvelous Meatballs
half pound of ground beef
half pound of ground turkey
half pound of ground Italian sausage(I use spicy,however it's optional)
a pinch of cayenne pepper
1/2 cup of zataran's dehydrated bellpeppers(let the peppers sit in water for about 10 minutes or so,you can also use fresh bell pepppers)
tony cachere's cajun/creole seasoning
Worcestshire Sauce, optional
Mix all the meats and eggs together(with your hands of course)
Put in your seasonings(you may also pour in some worchetshire suace, let sit in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350'F
Spray your baking pan with non stick spray
Roll meatballs and place them on the sprayed pan
Bake 30-45 minutes or insert a toothpick to see the doneness of your meat.
Let cool for awhile and enjoy..
