MELON BALLS IN SWEET WHINE.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe canteloupe .
  • 1 dl fresh orange juice.
  • 1 tbs fresh lemon juice.
  • 1 tbs sugar.
  • 1 tbs fresh mint leaves chopped.
  • 1 ts ground mace.
  • 1/2 l sweet sherry or other sweet whine.

Directions

  • Scoop the flesh of the canteloupe in little balls, ( if you have no scooper cut in cubes).
  • In a bowl mix all ingredients except melon balls and mix.
  • Add melon balls.
  • Cover and put in the fridge minimum 2 hours.
