Melon balls in sweet whine.
1 ripe canteloupe .
1 dl fresh orange juice.
1 tbs fresh lemon juice.
1 tbs sugar.
1 tbs fresh mint leaves chopped.
1 ts ground mace.
1/2 l sweet sherry or other sweet whine.
Scoop the flesh of the canteloupe in little balls, ( if you have no scooper cut in cubes).
In a bowl mix all ingredients except melon balls and mix.
Add melon balls.
Cover and put in the fridge minimum 2 hours.
