- 4 eggs
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 T. melted marg. or butter
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Measure all ingredients except flour into a large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed gradually adding flour until all ingredients are combined.
- Heat skillet, pour crepes batter into skillet to coat bottom thinly. Once the corners start to pull away from the edge, flip. Top with butter, powdered sugar, jams or syrup and then roll them and...enjoy!
