Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 4-5 Tablesoons granulated sugar

Directions

  • Separate whites. Beat whites until they begin to form stiff peaks then add sugar and finish beating to stiff peaks, use glass bowl.
  • Spread over pudding and bake for 20 min or until golden brown.
