MESQUITE FROSTING

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes or less

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mesquite flour
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

  • Cream the butter. Add the powdered sugar, mesquite flour and cocoa powder and beat until fluffy. Add the vanilla and mix until smooth.

I came up with this frosting to go with my Mocha Mesquite Cupcakes
