MEXICAN BAKED POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c chunky salsa
- 4 hot baked potatoes, split
- Sour cream
- Sliced pitted black olives
DIRECTIONS
Cook beef in skillet til browned.
Pour off fat.
Add soup, salsa, heat through.
Serve over potatoes.
Top w/sour cream, olives.
To bake potatoes:
Pierce potatoes w/fork.
Bake at 400°F. 1 hr.
OR: microwave on HIGH 10 1/2 to 12 1/2 min. til fork-tender
