Mexican Cream Sauce
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 Tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk
dash of salt & pepper
1 cup mexican blend grated cheese
In saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Stir in flour with a whisk.
Cook over low heat for three minutes, stirring constantly.
Gradually stir in milk, whisking constantly.
Cook over low heat for 3-5 more minutes until sauce begins to thicken.
Stir in cheese. Season to taste.
