Mexican Dip Platter
1 can refried beans
1 package Taco seasoning
1 (16 ounce) bottle bleu cheese dressing
1 pint sour cream
Onions, finely chopped
1 can green chile peppers, diced
Black olives, sliced
Mexican cheese, shredded
Mix refried beans with taco seasoning and spread onto serving platter.
Spread bleu cheese dressing next.
Then spread sour cream.
Sprinkle onions and green chile peppers onto sour cream.
Sprinkle lettuce, then tomatoes, then olives. Top off your platter with the cheese.
Serve with chips.
