INGREDIENTS

  • Cooking Time: 50-60
  • Servings: 6-8
  • Preparation Time: 20
  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 pint small curd cottage cheese
  • 1 lb grated jack cheese
  • 1 7oz can green chili, diced
  • 1 stick of butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup bisquick mix
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa

DIRECTIONS

Mix first 6 ingredients together


Add 1 cup of bisquick to the mix


Stir well


Pour into a butter 9 x 13 pan


Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes


Until it is golden brown crust


Serve topped with Sour cream and salsa


It reheats in the microwave well
