Mexican Ground Beef
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, pressed or finely chopped
1 carrot, grated (1/2 cup shredded carrot)
1/2 large potato, peeled and chopped into small pieces
salt, pepper and chili to taste
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
Heat oil in a pan.
Cook garlic and onion until just transparent.
Add ground beef, carrots and potatoes.
Add salt, pepper and chili to taste while cooking.
Cook until beef is browned through.
