  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 ounces Mexican sweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 pinch chili powder (optional)

DIRECTIONS

Heat milk and combine all ingredients.


Stir constantly until chocolate melts.
