8 ounces macaroni, cooked and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes with chilis
4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces sour cream
4 ounces green chilis, chopped
Cook macaroni until almost al-dente then mix with everything. Save some cheese for top. Put in greased 9x13 and bake for 30 minutes. Can broil at the end to crisp it up a bit.
