1 Tomato, Diced
Cheese Of Any Kind On Hand
Tortilla Chips, Crushed
2 -3 Green Onions, Chopped
1 cup Salsa Ranch Dressing (or 1/2 cup Salsa mixed with 1/2 cup Jalapeno Ranch Dressing)

*Combine all salad ingredients

*Mix about half salsa and half ranch, to taste

*Mix dressing mix in with salad and serve (add more dressing as needed depending on how much salad you have)

Recipe Tips

*When your tortilla chip bag gets down to all those crumbs or little pieces at the end, keep that little bit left in the bag for your mexican salads

*Easiest way to mix up salads with the dressing is a stainless steel bowl and tong and just toss until dressing is well blended with salad ingredients
