Mexican Spaghetti

Serves 6 | Prep Time 20 | Cook Time 30

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups sliced celery
1 cup water
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, chopped fine
1 bell pepper, chopped fine
1/4 lb noodles
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1 – 8oz Mexican tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin


Cook celery in 1 cup salted water in saucepan til tender-crisp. Do not drain.


Add celery. Stir. Add the rest of ingredients. Stir well. Cook, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes or til noodles are tender. Serves 6
