Why I Love This Recipe


Ingredients You'll Need

Meat Mixture:
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 minced onion
1 Tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. anise seed
1/8 tsp. basil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 box big shell noodles

Topping:
2 small cans mexican tomato sauce
2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
1 tsp. italian seasoning
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Pepperjack cheese slices
1 can of cream of mushroom soup


Directions

Boil noodles following directions on box. Stuff noodles with meat mixture. Lay stuffed noodles in a 9 x 13 pan. Combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, italian seasoning, sugar and pepper and warm thourgh. Pour over noodles. Lay cheese slices on top. Bake in oven for 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees
