- 1 bolillo
- 3 tablespoons cream
- 5 tablespoons chilorio
- 1 egg
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 canned chipotle chiles
- 2 strips of bacon gold
- Lettuce to taste
- Cut the bolillo in half, remove the loam and spread cream on it add the chilorio.
- Separately, beat egg and fry in oil.
- Put chilorio bottom half of the bread and juice up a bit of chipotle chiles, add the egg, lettuce, bacon, tomato, onion and chipotle chile.
