Mexican Torta: Chilorio with egg.
3 tablespoons cream
5 tablespoons chilorio
2 slices tomato
2 canned chipotle chiles
2 strips of bacon gold
Lettuce to taste
Cut the bolillo in half, remove the loam and spread cream on it add the chilorio.
Separately, beat egg and fry in oil.
Put chilorio bottom half of the bread and juice up a bit of chipotle chiles, add the egg, lettuce, bacon, tomato, onion and chipotle chile.
