MEXICAN TORTA: CHILORIO WITH EGG.

Ingredients

  • 1 bolillo
  • 3 tablespoons cream
  • 5 tablespoons chilorio
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 canned chipotle chiles
  • 2 strips of bacon gold
  • Lettuce to taste

Directions

  • Cut the bolillo in half, remove the loam and spread cream on it add the chilorio.
  • Separately, beat egg and fry in oil.
  • Put chilorio bottom half of the bread and juice up a bit of chipotle chiles, add the egg, lettuce, bacon, tomato, onion and chipotle chile.
