Mexican Wedding Cookies
1 C butter, softened
3/4 C powdered sugar
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 t vanilla
1 Cup chopped pecans
Cream butter, add sugar and flour.
Blend well and add vanilla and chopped nuts.
Roll into balls the size of a large cherry.
Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet and roll in powdered sugar.
Roll in sugar again after they cool.
