Meyer lemonade

Great balance of sweet and tart.

INGREDIENTS

  • Servings: 1/2 gallon
  • Preparation Time: 15 min
  • Six to eight meyer lemons (enough to make a cup of juice)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 cups water

DIRECTIONS

Add 1cup water with sugar in a sauce pan,heat until all sugar has dissolved,remove from heat, juice lemons until you have a cup of juice,strain pulp and seeds then combine rest of water and simple syrup,stir chill and enjoy



Note regular lemons will also work and this can easily be doubled
