Six to eight meyer lemons (enough to make a cup of juice)
1 cup sugar
5 cups water
Add 1cup water with sugar in a sauce pan,heat until all sugar has dissolved,remove from heat, juice lemons until you have a cup of juice,strain pulp and seeds then combine rest of water and simple syrup,stir chill and enjoy
Can easily be doubled too
