- 1 pkg cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup orange juice
- Chopped walnuts - optional
- Combine sugar and orange juice. Bring to a boil. Drop in the cranberries. When the cranberries begin to pop open, remove from heat and add walnuts. Chill before serving. (I covered mine after I added to berries, but be careful, because it will boil over easily when using a lid.)
NotesMy daughter had this recipe and insisted I try it several years ago. It is really good and quite easy to make.
