Why I Love This Recipe

Smoothie so easy I let my grand kids add some ingredients and push the buttons! This is mine and my families fav smoothie.

*NOTE:To me a smoothie must have yogurt! And a milkshake always has ice cream! Everything else is just a juice!

Ingredients You'll Need

2 cups frozen blueberries
2 tubs Activia yogurt (greek is thicker) Blueberry, cherry, or prune or whatever you like that goes w/ blueberries
2 capfuls of vanilla
Creamer milk (recipe below) or V-8 Splash berry blend
1/2 cup sugar (thats an estimate I usually just pour it in and measure by eye)
*Opt. 1 fresh banana

Creamer milk
1 cups powdered coffee creamer
4 cups water

Directions

Using a blender thats strong enough to crush ice and make smoothies:

Add yogurt, vanilla and sugar (and *optional banana if your using it) and blend

Add frozen blueberries and blend

If too thick pour in lil amounts at a time of creamer milk or V-8 splash only add enough to thin smoothie out enough it can spin in blender and not get stuck

I have creamer milk in the fridge already made up

Mix creamer w/ very hot water

Shake or stir 'till well blended

And put in fridge

When not using it for recipes you can use it in coffee tea ect
