Homemade cinnamon graham cracker crust pressed into deep dish pie plate
1 can crushed pineapple in heavy syrup- strained, save juice to drink
8 oz bag shredded cheese (I used colby for this one but bet cheddar would be good too)
2- 3.4 oz boxes of pudding (I used 1 banana and 1 vanilla for this one pictured but bet coconut cream would be good too!)
1- 8 oz container cool whip
3-4 handfuls mini marshmallows

Pour strained pineapple into bowl add cheese and stir

Add both boxes of pudding mix well

Add cool whip mix well

Fold in marshmallows

Pour into crust and put in fridge for at least 4 hrs (I think next time after letting flavors blend in fridge for 4 hrs I'll put in freezer like my other cool whip pies. I like cool whip pies frozen but that's just me :) )

Pairs Well With

Trying to remember my Mother in laws recipe and came up w/ this concoction that my family loved! Oh well back to the drawing board for her recipe though :P
