Mickey's Hamburger Bake
I think this is the asian version of Hamburger helper :) Having never had it, that is a total guess, but when this was made for one of our potlucks I thought it was great.

INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 30
- Servings: 6-8
- Preparation Time: 15
- 1 lb hamburger
- 1T roasted garlic
- 2 8oz cans tomato sauce
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t dried oregano
- 1/2 lb grated Mozzarella cheese
- 1 8 oz box noodles (whatever you feel like) cooked according to package and drained
- 1/2 lb cottage cheese
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS
Brown hamburger, breaking up into small pieces
Add roasted garlic, tomato sauce, and seasonings
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
Mix noodles in with meat sauce
In 9x12 baking dish, alternate noodle mix with a layer of mozzarella cheese, cottage cheese, noodle mix, and topped with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is golden
