MICROWAVE CHEEZY POTATOES

Ingredients

  • 3 Tablespoons butter
  • 3 Tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 C milk
  • chopped onions
  • 1 C grated cheese or velveeta
  • 4 potatoes in 1/4 inch slices

Directions

  • Microwave Cheezy Potatoes
  • Melt 3 Tablespoons butter in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir in 3 Tablespoons flour, then add 1 1/2 C milk (can also add chopped onions at this point) Nuke for 2 minutes, stir , Nuke 1 min, stir and do this for 5 minutes or until thickened, stirring after each minute. Add 1 C grated cheese or velveeta. Cut up 4 potatoes into 1/4 inch slices and stir them in. Cover and nuke for 10-15 minutes or until tender, let them sit for 5 mins then dig in!
