NotesOOMMGG!! This is a delicious pudding, very quick & easy to make. I found the recipe online and just had to try it. I used Splenda instead of regular sugar (16 packets to equal 2/3 cups.). Next time, I will microwave for only 1 minute on the last heating (instead of 2 minutes). Before chilling, cover top of pudding with plastic wrap to avoid getting a skin.
I couldn't wait to chill it in the fridge, I ate it warm...well...not really..I actually burned my tongue!!
