MICROWAVE QUICHE LORRAINE

Ingredients

  • 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced green onion
  • 4 medium eggs
  • 1 can (13oz) evaporated milk
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Directions

  • Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in 9 inch pie pan or plastic plate
  • Combine remaining ingredients until well blended
  • Pour over bacon mixture
  • Bake 9 minutes on medium high power, turning dish every 3-4 minutes
  • Check for doneness by inserting knife into center, if clean when removed, quiche is done
  • Let stand 5 minutes before serving
