Milkless French Toast
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Beat the first 3 ingredients together with a wisk until frothy.
Dip bread into it and turn it over and soak outside of bread. Place bread with frothy egg mix onto hot griddle.....cook until brown and flip bread over...cook until brown. Serve...with butter and syrup or powdered sugar. May also used powdered sugar and fresh raspberries or blueberries.
