MINI LAMB ROAST

Ingredients

  • 2 trim lamb mini roasts
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 onions

Directions

  • Place the roasts in a greased foil roasting pan.
  • Trim off woody ends of the asparagus
  • Prepare barbecue for indirect heat cooking
