Mini croissants express (French)
1 pack of frozen puff pastry
1 egg + few drops of milk
Defrost the puff pastry sheets to room temperature so they become soft.
Cut some long triangles from one edge to an other, then roll up, starting from the base of the triangle and finish by the tip.
Round it up to get the shape of a classic croissant.
Mix one egg with a little bit of milk and brush all over the croissant.
wait for 10 minutes and do it again.
Bake in the oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.

Very easy to make for a nice breakfast.
