Ingredients

1 box frozen miniature
artichokes
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
vegetable oil (for frying)
1 beaten egg


Put artichokes in boiling water for 5 to 7 minutes or


until tender. Drain; set aside. Prepare artichokes by dipping


in beaten egg and evenly coating them in bread crumbs. Fry in


vegetable oil until golden brown on all sides.
