1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 (16oz) can of chocolate syrup
1/2 c butter
In a mixing bowl,beat together the flour, sugar, eggs and butter until well blended. Turn mixture into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until the top springs back when lightly touched. Let cool
Layer mint creme and chocolate topping on cooled brownies.
