MINT CHIPPEROOS

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 Cup butter, melted
  • 1 Cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 1/2 Cup chocolate mint, torn
  • 1 lg egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • chocolate chips (about a cup or however much you like)

Directions

  • Melt butter over low.
  • set aside.
  • add mint to 1/2 cup sugar, rub with the back of a spoon until fragrant.
  • set aside.
  • Pre-heat 325
  • Combine flour, soda, and salt, whisk.
  • Combine butter & sugars, whisk.
  • add egg, whisk.
  • add vanilla, whisk.
  • add dry to wet. mix.
  • add chips.
  • bake 8-10 mins.
