MINT CHIPPEROOS
Mint Chipperoos
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cups flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 Cup butter, melted
- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup chocolate mint, torn
- 1 lg egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- chocolate chips (about a cup or however much you like)
DIRECTIONS
Melt butter over low.
set aside.
add mint to 1/2 cup sugar, rub with the back of a spoon until fragrant.
set aside.
Pre-heat 325
Combine flour, soda, and salt, whisk.
Combine butter & sugars, whisk.
add egg, whisk.
add vanilla, whisk.
add dry to wet. mix.
add chips.
bake 8-10 mins.
