MINT COFFEE CREAMER

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
  • 3/4 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
  • 1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake to blend well-store in an airtight container. To serve: Stir 2 TBS. creamer into 6 ounces hot coffee. Yields 15 servings.
