2 cups sifted powdered sugar
1/2 c softened butter
1/2 tsp min extract
3 drops of green food coloring
Beat until smooth
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate mint chips
6 tbsp. butter
In a mixing bowl beat together everything but the chocolate mint chips and 6 tbl butter
In a saucepan combine chocolate mint chips and 6 tbl butter.
Cook over low heat until melted, stirring occassionally. Layer mint creme and chocolate topping on cooled brownies.
