MIRCROWAVE SCRAMBLED EGGS
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup water or milk
Beat eggs and milk till thoroughly mixed. Cover bowl with waxed paper or glass cover (not tightly). Cook in microwave at 80% for 2 minutes. Stir eggs. Continue cooking at 80% for 30 seconds. Check for desired "doneness." Cook longer if a drier egg is desired.
Add shredded cheese as topping. Can also add sauted onions and mushrooms. Serves 2.
