Ingredients

  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 45ml dry gin
  • soda water (club soda)

Directions

  • Fill cocktail shaker with crushed ice
  • Add lemon, sugar and gin
  • Shake
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass
  • Fill with soda water
  • Stir
  • Garnish with mint sprigs
