Mmm Mmm Good Fried Chicken

"Fried chicken with a cream of chicken soup twist"

Serves 2 | Prep Time Two minutes | Cook Time 30 minutes to an hour

Ingredients

1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2cup of milk
1 egg
1 cup of flour
Seasoned salt and pepper
6 chicken thigh pieces


1.Preheat oil in skillet to 400 degrees


2.Mix 1/2 of cream of chicken soup,egg and milk in a bowl.Put flour in another bowl.mix seasonings into flour.3.First dip chicken in cream of chicken soup mixture,then coat with seasoned flour,then dip again into cream of chicken soup mixture and again coat with flour. Repeat steps for the other five pieces.4.Put chicken into the hot oil and fry for 30 minutes unto and hour, when they are done.

Macaroni and cheese


Notes

The cream of chicken soup in the fried chicken,not only the chicken was moist ,the chicken skin was crunchy
