INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pint heavy cream
  • 1 tsp instant espresso
  • 1/4 cup finely grated semi- or bitter-sweet chocolate
  • 2-3 Tbsp sugar

DIRECTIONS

Whip cream until thickened, then add remaining ingredients and whip until between soft and stiff peaks.
