INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 1 lb sifted powdered sugar
  • 3 Tbl. Meringue Powder
  • 5-6 Tbls water
  • 1/2 cup butter

DIRECTIONS

Combine it all and whip.
